I contacted the insurance on the Friday as I had an appointment on the Tuesday morning at 9.30 am for residencia. By Monday afternoon all the paperwork had been sent to me. One of the best points too is that I have joined at 50 years of age and it will stay the same premium!!

My husband did not want to even think of this subject (Funerals), he was totally against the idea of being pressured. However, SOS INSURANCE were amazing. Tracey emailed all of the information which I read through, spoke to my husband who agreed we could speak about it. I had been in contact with SOS INSURANCE since 2018 as we were moving out to Spain in 2019, in 2020 I found a lump. Straight away, appointments were made for me within the week. Thank you so much, my hand was held all the way and it was good news.

I saw Tracey Stackhouse who was very understanding and sensitively explained the Golden Leaves funeral plans to me. I was very impressed with the level of service and knowledge and took out a plan. As my family are back in the Isle of White, I was reassured to know, that my plan automatically covers me for the UK and also if I were to return permanently, I just take my plan back with me! I received a courtesy call from the Golden Leaves staff in the UK and my paperwork arrived promptly and I love the flexibility payments. I have also taken out annual travel insurance and my policy was emailed to me on the day!! Fantastic service, wonderful people and I have recommended their services to ALL my friends

I was previously with a well known Direct Insurer and my premium increased to 870E! I rang SOS Insurance and their price was an amazing 450.00 euros, a massive saving of over 400 euros!!! Because the service was so good, I recommended them to my son, who arranged his car insurance with them and he saved over 200 euros, my mother took out her household insurance and her Funeral Plan with them through Golden Leaves and most recently arranged her annual travel policy with them! All our policies are in English and we can always get hold of someone from the company, any time of the day or week.. When our restaurant insurance is due later in the year, we will definitely transfer this to SOS Insurance. I would recommend everyone gives them a call to find out what savings they could make!!!

Dear Tracey, As you are aware my father died two weeks ago. I would like to thank you and Golden Leaves for the service you provided that went way beyond the call of duty. I was able to leave your company to deal with everything regarding my father's funeral. You have made yourself available to answer any questions I have had and continued your support following his death.
